Our Programs

Support that reaches
beyond one moment.

Education, family stability, skills, wellbeing, faith and community connection are deeply linked. Our programs are designed to work together so that support can grow into long-term opportunity.

How we work

People do not live in separate categories. Neither should support.

A child struggling to stay in school may also face food insecurity, family instability or emotional stress. A young adult may need skills, mentorship and access to opportunity at the same time. A senior may need practical assistance as well as human connection.

Reborn Foundation Kenya therefore combines multiple forms of support rather than treating each challenge in isolation.

  • Life skills and leadership development
  • Talent nurturing and mentorship programs
  • Career guidance and vocational support
  • Connections to role models and practical opportunities

05 · Community Outreach

Community Support & Relief

When families, children, seniors or individuals face hardship, practical assistance can provide the stability needed to move forward. Community outreach also helps us remain close to local realities and respond to needs where they occur.

  • Food and essential supplies distribution
  • School support for children and youth
  • Visits to homes, hospitals and care centers
  • Emergency and crisis response assistance
  • Community-based support for vulnerable seniors and families

Family & Child Support

Helping children stay connected to safe, stable family life.

RFK's family-focused programs aim to strengthen families, reduce unnecessary separation and help caregivers create safe, supportive environments for children and vulnerable seniors.

Family Preservation

Support families before separation becomes necessary.

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow up in a safe and stable family. The Family Preservation program supports families in need and works to prevent avoidable family separation.

Child & Family Reintegration

Where possible, help children return safely to family.

When children have been separated from their families, RFK works toward reunification whenever appropriate and supports the transition so that reintegration can be stable and sustainable.

Alternative Family Care

Safe and loving care when reunification is not possible.

Where a child cannot return to their family, RFK supports alternative family care and promotes responsible foster care and adoption within the community.

Caregiver Training

Equip caregivers with practical skills for healthy relationships.

Training focuses on parenting skills, positive reinforcement, active listening, elderly care, emotional wellbeing and the creation of supportive environments for children and seniors.

06 · Intergenerational

Intergenerational Model

This is a central part of the RFK approach. We create opportunities for generations to meet, learn and support one another. Young people benefit from guidance and lived experience, while seniors remain socially connected, respected and actively involved.

  • Linking youth with mentors and positive role models
  • Promoting family and community dialogue
  • Encouraging cultural and knowledge exchange
  • Supporting social inclusion for seniors and youth
  • Creating relationships based on mutual respect and contribution
Faith & Spiritual Growth

Faith is part of how we serve, lead and care.

As a faith-based organization, RFK also supports spiritual wellbeing and values-based leadership through community-centered Christian activities.

  • Prayer and counseling sessions
  • Bible study and discipleship programs
  • Faith-centered community gatherings
  • Values-based leadership and service
Community Service & Volunteerism

Communities become stronger when people participate.

RFK encourages individuals and groups to contribute time, skills and energy to practical service, mentorship and local initiatives.

  • Community clean-up initiatives
  • School and church outreach activities
  • Volunteer missions and mentorship programs
  • Charity and fundraising events

One connected model

The programs are different. The purpose is shared.

RFK's work is designed so that one form of support can connect to another when a person or family needs it.

Understand the need
Listen to the person, family or community and identify the real barriers.
Step 02
Stabilize immediate challenges
Practical support can create the breathing room needed for longer-term progress.
Step 03
Create opportunity
Education, skills, mentorship and livelihood options help people move forward.
Step 04
Strengthen relationships

Step 05
Build resilience
The long-term goal is greater dignity, participation and independence.
